Chief Commercial Officer
Farrah is a BbusSc graduate from the University of Cape Town (UCT) in South Africa. She completed her articles at Deloitte and qualified as a chartered accounted (CA)SA in 2007. Thereafter she spent 6 years at KPMG leading various listed audit clients. Farrah joined Biovac in 2022 as Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to her CCO role at Biovac she held various roles within Cipla over a period of 18 years. These roles included Finance Executive, Director in CEO’s office and Senior Director Commercial & Government Affairs where she led a commercial P&L across the HIV & Vaccine space. Her experience across finance, strategy and commercial have given her a board understanding within the pharma space, with deep relationships locally and globally.
Farrah’s mandate at Biovac is to preserve and maintain current business whilst executing the Growth strategy by expanding pipeline across vaccines and other biologics for the African region.
